CranioSacral Therapy
The roots of CranioSacral Therapy lie in the discipline of Cranial Osteopathy, brought forth by the Osteopath, Mr William Sutherland in early 19th century.
It is very gentle, yet profound therapy that is suitable for all ages – and any condition, whether acute or chronic.
Our system has an innate intelligence and healing ability, which due to injury, stress, birth trauma, PTSD, or certain influences and experiences in our lives, can become compromised or restricted.
By using light touch and holding techniques, CranioSacral Therapy will help support your system to release underlying restrictions and tension in order to achieve balance and restore wellbeing.
My approach to – and your experience of – the session will vary with each individual. It is your system that determines the pace and exact nature of the work.
