It enables you to sleep more deeply, through calming the mind and encouraging deep breathing thus waking feeling more refreshed and rested. Not only this but it tones your body, strengthens and stabilises, helping you feel your best.

Leyla our yoga teacher offers a variety of approaches to achieve and maintain your optimal health. Whether you are experiencing pain or simply want to improve your physical and mental wellbeing. She is armed with authenticity and gentleness to guide you through your yoga practice, encouraging you to be kind to yourselves and you develop Valuing the human body and encouraging her clients to defy the odds despite self-imposed limitations.

Leyla developed her Yoga and wellness training while in India & Thailand where she worked with Yogi’s and Monks, trained as a teacher in Ashtanga, Vinyasa flow and Yin. Deepened her practice as a student of Vipasansa as well as love and kindness mediation. A trained Indian Head Massage Therapist & Thai Massage.

Leyla’s background is in Mental health, she studied at Roehampton University gaining a BSC in Psychology & Psychotherapy.

Leyla explains she hasn’t always cared for her body and mind the same way that she does now. Up until 8 years ago, she had experienced severe eating disorders; terrible experiences with yo-yo diets, depression and anxiety. She explains yoga has taught her that everything she needs to feel peace and acceptance is within her and always has been. Her personal experiences heightens her ability to have compassion and empathy for others.
